Delivery to Omniva Parcel Terminal
Delivery to an Omniva parcel terminal is only possible with prepayment. When confirming the order, select the nearest parcel terminal. You will receive an SMS with the terminal’s opening code. The parcel will be stored in the terminal for 7 days. If the parcel is not collected within the storage period, it will be returned to SIA TG Nutrition’s warehouse.
Delivery to DPD Pickup Points
Delivery to DPD Pickup points is available only with prepayment. When confirming the order, select the nearest pickup point. An SMS with the opening code for the pickup point will be sent to your phone. The parcel will be stored at the pickup point for 7 days. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to SIA TG Nutrition’s warehouse.
Delivery to Latvian Post Office
The ordered product will be delivered to the nearest post office. Once the parcel arrives at the post office, you will receive a notification to pick up the parcel via SMS or in paper form. The storage period for parcels is one month from the date of receipt at the post office. A storage fee according to AS Latvijas Pasts rates will apply for items stored over 11 days.
Courier Delivery to the Desired Address
To ensure delivery by courier, be sure to provide your phone number when placing the order. Once the parcel arrives, the courier will contact you to arrange a delivery time. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office. You will receive a notification to pick up the parcel at the post office indicated in the notification.
For oversized items, delivery costs may reach up to €35. This information is indicated with the item.
IMPORTANT!
Upon receiving the order confirmation, please carefully check all information. Changing the delivery address or method after dispatch is a paid service (the cost depends on the new delivery method chosen).
If the ordered items cannot be shipped from the warehouse in a single shipment, they will be sent in multiple shipments, but postage will be charged only once. For courier delivery, items are delivered only to the building’s entrance. Please make arrangements for further transport of the item (e.g., carrying it to the apartment).
International Delivery
Shipments are delivered to European Union (EU) countries. Unfortunately, we cannot provide delivery to EU countries not listed in the country selection menu, nor to countries outside the EU.
How Long is the Delivery?
Once the order is processed, you will receive a notification with the estimated delivery date. Delivery within Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia takes 1-4 business days, and to other EU countries, 4-9 business days. You can check the status of your order in your user account. Please note that while we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, shipping and delivery times are only approximate and are not guaranteed.

- Upon receiving the goods, it is the buyer’s responsibility to visually inspect the external packaging for any damage before signing the delivery note. If damage is found, the buyer has the right to refuse the item and immediately inform the seller to facilitate replacement of the damaged goods as soon as possible.
